As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the line operations managers and shift management teams to achieve maximum efficiency and optimal operation of equipment.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for reliability, maintenance, and improvement engineering for a specified area of the manufacturing operation.
  • You will lead the team - manage and inspire employee performance and career direction, driving employee retention and commitment.
  • You will support the planning and scheduling of maintenance work and own the RCA process for the area/line.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading food and beverage manufacturer and contribute to the success of our team. We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
