Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-action correspondence and settlement agreements.
  • Prepare statements of case, applications, and hearing bundles.
  • Conduct research and manage caseload.
  • Support senior team members with disputes and delegate tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opponents, and third parties.

Essential Skills

  • A law degree or relevant experience is required.
  • Prior in-house experience is beneficial.
  • Finance litigation experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Financial sector awareness is also desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet tools is essential.
  • Excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are key.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are crucial.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.

Compensation Package

  • The annual salary for this role is £45,000.
  • Benefits include on-site parking available.
  • The schedule is an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
