About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EC&I Design Engineer to join our team in Whitehaven, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in highly regulated environments to develop their careers in a leading engineering design company.

The successful candidate will have experience working on complex engineering projects and be able to translate user requirements into concept designs and fully engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute engineering activities.
  • Produce technical reports and specifications.
  • Conduct site surveys and produce comprehensive survey reports.
  • Perform technical reviews and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in regulated environments (nuclear, pharmaceutical, chemical, oil & gas or power generation).
  • Familiarity with Remote Handling Systems and HAZOPs.
  • Demonstrable expertise in specialist areas relevant to the engineering discipline.
  • A proven track record of project delivery.
  • Possession of some level of security clearance.

Salary and Benefits:
