We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer accounts in the East Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across our customer base
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion
- Negotiate competitive commercial terms and agreements with customers
- Manage and maintain accurate sales administration and reporting
- At least 12 months of experience in a key account or national account sales role
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth in the industrial or e-commerce sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance
- Competitive basic salary and bonus/incentive schemes
