Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Assessment Specialist to support our operations in Dorchester. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of properties.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include conducting property condition assessments, collecting data, and reporting findings to the manager.
  • You will also assist with stock audits, gather information on property conditions, and provide detailed reports.

Salary: £32 per survey (House), £22 per survey (Flat), plus a £8 access fee for three failed attempts. This provides an uncapped earning potential based on the number of surveys completed.
