Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Compass Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to children and young people. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to staff members.

Responsibilities:
* Conducting psychological assessments and interventions
* Developing and implementing treatment plans
* Providing training and supervision to staff members
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals

Requirements:
* Doctorate level degree in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic or Educational Psychology
* Full HCPC registration without conditions
* UK Driving Licence and access to own car is essential
* Clear and enhanced DBS
* Experience working with children and people within CAMHS, residential or specialist education settings
* Good understanding of residential care, trauma-informed practice and multidisciplinary working

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £63,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, including training and supervision.
