About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Governance Analyst to join our UK & Ireland team, based in our Slough, UK offices.

The successful candidate will support the commercial governance team and Patient Value Units (PVU) with the financial governance of Homecare and products subject to rebate. They will use analytical tools and critical reasoning to provide in-depth knowledge and a consultative approach to commercial governance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for invoice management for Key Rebate and Homecare Accounts, with a deep understanding of pricing, rebate process, rebate data management, and post-deal analysis.
  2. Generate monthly finance reports for management of accruals and present to the finance team.
  3. Analyze and make recommendations in partnership with commercial governance colleagues regarding the continuation/termination/rebate terms of existing contracts based on profitability and contract performance.
  4. Develop, refine, and own financial models to support deal decisions, including modeling and analysis of rebate and performance.
  5. Own and support the development of key deliverables and insights for stakeholders across the organization, including rebate analysis and profitability performance, Homecare data validity and verification, invoice management, and pricing analysis.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  2. Demonstrated success in analysis, reporting, forecasting, actuary, and modeling, with a preferred minimum of a few years of pharmaceutical experience.
  3. Proven success in developing, implementing, and interpreting advanced analytical models in a commercial setting.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of Biopharmaceutical data sources and the ability to leverage data in complex analytical models, including a comprehensive understanding of anonymous patient-level data and claims data. Experience with Homecare data is advantageous.
  5. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis to strategic evaluations of contracting strategy and pricing decisions.
