Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Withybush General Hospital.

• Prepare high-quality meals for patients, staff, and visitors in a busy kitchen environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and efficient food preparation process.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Detailed knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP systems.
• Previous experience in similar cook duties is essential.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Intermediate or Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience in similar size establishments or organizations.
• Knowledge of health and safety, COSHH, and moving and handling procedures.
• Ability to communicate in Welsh, with a willingness to learn and improve.
