Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team at PSN Recruitments Limited t/a Cosmopolitan Recruitment. As a Horticultural Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional horticultural services to our clients in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Horticulture: All aspects of horticulture, including specialised and general tasks.
- Lawn Care: All aspects of lawn care, including maintenance and upkeep.
- Chemical Applications: Chemical applications and record keeping, with a preference for PA1 & PA6 certification but not essential.
- Ground Clearance: Ground clearance and seasonal work, including sweeping and maintenance of hard surfaces and furniture.
- Specialised Pruning: Specialised pruning and trimming of plants and trees.
- Maintenance: Maintenance and cleaning of water features and irrigation systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safe operation of machinery, subject to training and supervision.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A recognised horticultural qualification is essential.
- Experience: Proven experience in gardening at the highest level, including private domestic and commercial sites.
- Skills: Excellent horticultural ability, with a cooperative and enthusiastic nature, ability to work positively in a team, and a willingness to take direction and follow instruction.
- Personal Qualities: High levels of energy and self-motivation, strong attention to detail, a pro-active and can-do attitude, good time-management, ability to work under pressure, and a strong work ethic.
