Role Summary:
We are seeking a Restorative Practice Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with specialist schools for students with social emotional needs and Autism aged 9-16 years old.
About the Role:
This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their educational journey.
The successful candidate will focus on recovering from trauma through restorative practices and a holistic approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with students who have SEMH, ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges.
- Delivering key and personal/functional skills.
- Teaching practical, creative, and vocational subjects that spark joy for the students and help them positively contribute to society.
- Working in classes of 6-8 ranging in ability, interest, and age.
- Receiving MAPA and ABA Training.
- Earning £85+ per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.00pm.
