Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team in a 3rd shift and weekend rotation role. As part of this position, you will be responsible for maintaining site security, conducting regular patrols and inspections, and responding to alarms and incidents.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering high-quality security services. You will be working on a two-week rotation basis, with one week covering Wednesday to Sunday and the other week covering Thursday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Security and Surveillance: Maintain accurate records of vehicles, visitors, and contractors, as well as all site activities. Monitor site visually and via CCTV, and respond to alerts and alarms as required.
  • Regular Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular site patrols and inspections in accordance with assignment instructions.
  • Professional Presence: Maintain a professional security presence throughout the site.
  • Health and Safety: Fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adhering to company Health & Safety policy and Management plans.
Requirements
  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Be willing to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858).
  • Possess SIA licensed essential qualifications.
  • Have computer literacy skills.
  • Be able to interact effectively at all levels, from visitors to senior management.
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
Estimated Salary

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
