About the Role
We are seeking a Reliable Courier to join our team at Evoke Staffing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a delivery van to transport parcels to various locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring that all products are handled with care.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Requirements:
• Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
What We Offer:
• Paid weekly.
• Immediate starts available once DBS checks have been cleared.
• A competitive hourly rate of £13.37-£15.68.
Working Hours:
• 30 – 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime may be required.

Experience:
• Delivery driver experience: 1 year (required).
• Driving experience: 1 year (required).
Licence/Certification:
