Key Responsibilities:- Optimise Business Operations by delivering activities and projects that support the Defence Business Unit's strategy and objectives.
- Support the Defence Business Unit in communicating its strategy, reporting progress, and measuring outcomes to achieve long-term customer success and growth.
- Define and control processes to meet the demands of the business calendar, ensuring the Defence Business Unit meets reporting requirements.
- Deliver Business Unit operational performance information and analytics.
- Control the Business Unit Continuous Improvement process, reporting progress on approved initiatives.
- Coordinate engagement between the Defence Business Unit and other enabling directorates, ensuring support for strategic and operational commitments.
- Support resource management through strategic workforce and long-term capacity planning Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Experience driving Business Operations process development through requirement definition, solution development, process documentation, rollout, and benefits realisation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications to support PMO service enhancement.
