Senior Clinic Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to join our team as a Senior Clinic Manager at our Burnley Dialysis clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and meeting financial performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve clinical and financial targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, and prepare the clinic for audits and inspections.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff to foster a culture of continuous professional development and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting at a senior level, preferably in a renal care or dialysis environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
