IntaPeople is seeking a skilled Hardware Test Engineer to join their team in Cardiff. As a key member of the hardware test and validation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products developed by the engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough test operations to validate products, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
- Utilize automated test processes, including jigs, fixtures, interfaces, and graphical user interfaces, to streamline testing and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product validation processes and enhance test procedures.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Apprentice-trained electronics technician, recent electronics graduate, or individual working towards a HNC qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of electronics, electrical engineering, and test methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
