About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Starbucks team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, leading a team of baristas, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional Starbucks experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure product availability
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
• Develop and coach team members to achieve their full potential
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism

Qualifications:
We require 2+ years of retail or restaurant management experience, strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a passion for coffee and the Starbucks brand, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
