  • Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:*

  • Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business objectives;
  • Strong technical expertise in geotechnical design and construction;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver's license in good standing.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
