About the Role:

Your Co-op is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a dedicated team, fostering children's development in inspiring environments.
  • Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  • Play a key role in supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant level 3 qualification.
  • An Enhanced DBS check.
  • Open, honest, and compassionate.
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
