About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International GCSE Trainer to join our team at Pearson. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to adult delegates across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions on Pearson Edexcel International Specifications to adult delegates
  • Develop and maintain a high level of subject knowledge to deliver training effectively
  • Work closely with our internal support teams to continually improve professional development courses
  • Undertake international travel to deliver training sessions
  • Manage own time and travel arrangements, with all travel expenses covered by Pearson
Requirements
  • Experience of teaching a Pearson Edexcel International Specification
  • Proven track record of delivering effective training to adult delegates
  • Good understanding of qualification and assessment principles
  • High level of subject knowledge to deliver training
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Confidence using technology to support training delivery
  • Positive attitude towards feedback and commitment to professional development
