Front Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at The Cavendish London, a 4-star deluxe hotel in the heart of Mayfair.
Key Responsibilities- Safety and Security: Ensure that safety and security procedures are adhered to, and property keys are signed for every shift.
- Financial Management: Manage accuracy of payments, work on any financial discrepancies and/or queries, and produce regular cash, credit, and audit reports.
- Team Support: Support the Front Office Manager with day-to-day management of the Front Office Team, ensuring a warm welcome and departure experience for guests.
- Language Skills: A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
