PCI DSS Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PCI DSS Analyst to join our client's Data Governance & Information Security team. As a PCI DSS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing PCI compliance and assessments across various brands, channels, and technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including technical, operational, internal, and external parties.
- Review and gather documentation to demonstrate adherence to PCI DSS standards.
- Present evidence and collaborate with Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs) to ensure compliance.
- Support the maintenance of the PCI DSS asset inventory, compliance tracking, and assessment schedules.
- Contribute to compliance performance indicators and internal/external reporting efforts.
- Prepare and deliver updates to the PCI Steering Group and other governance bodies.
- Manage workload effectively with high self-motivation and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Travel between locations to engage with stakeholders and conduct compliance evaluations.
- Provide regular, clear, and timely status updates to management.
Requirements:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring SMEs and internal/external parties are engaged and informed.
- Strong relationships and influencing skills.
- Passion for Information Security with attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of PCI DSS, with experience in retail settings.
- Knowledge of key approaches for safeguarding cardholder data.
- Awareness of fundamental InfoSec controls in a business context.
- Project management methods and planning strategies.
- Ability to think systematically and logically, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications such as PCIP, ISA, CompTIA Sec+, or CISSP are a plus.
