Quantity Surveying Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveying Professional to join our project delivery team in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a quantity surveyor to develop their commercial skills and work on exciting construction projects.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
- You will be responsible for reviewing contract terms for new projects, ensuring supply chain partners provide the best value for money while adhering to agreed contract terms.
- Liaising with clients to establish value for money on projects and budgets is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing cost reporting and ensuring accurate contract administration.
- Supporting the Commercial Manager in tender analysis and preparing client proposals and recommendations.
- Developing feasibility proposals by providing robust cost estimates and procurement recommendations.
Requirements:
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of contract law and the NEC suite of contracts.
- Ability to travel between sites as needed.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
