Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Wills and Probate team at Law Staff Limited. As a well-established Legal 500 firm, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow your career and provide high-quality legal advice to our clients.

About the Role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, deeds of variation, probate matters, and other related tasks. You will work closely with our experienced full-time Paralegal to ensure seamless administrative support and a thriving caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Deeds of variation
  • Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
  • Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
  • Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
  • Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
  • Undertaking home, hospital, and residential care home visits
