Parking Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary team in delivering exceptional parking services to the City of Hull.

As a key member of our Transport Team, you will be responsible for managing the parking service, embedding a strategic and evidence-based approach to delivery and operational matters, and ensuring that the council continues to provide a high-quality and critical service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and promote a culture of excellence, values, and vision within the parking team, ensuring that staff are equipped to discharge their duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide strong oversight of performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement and developing strategies to address gaps in knowledge, skills, and provision.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Development Manager to deliver parking provision within the City, taking into account various documents, policies, and strategies employed by the Authority.
