About This Role:


We are seeking a highly specialist Speech & Language Therapy Team Lead to lead our Complex Needs and Paediatric Dysphagia services. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and management to our therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people with complex needs and paediatric dysphagia.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development and implementation of our Complex Needs and Paediatric Dysphagia services, ensuring they are aligned with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and supervise a team of Speech & Language Therapists, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to deliver exceptional services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals, education colleagues, and families to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our service improvement plans, ensuring we are always striving for excellence.
