Job Overview: We are looking for a Manufacturing Executive to join our team in Limavady. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient manufacturing and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Production Management: Lead and supervise all aspects of the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
  3. Process Optimization: Analyse production workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or production management
  • Strong understanding of electrical/electronic components and automation systems
  • Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
  • Technical skills in ERP systems, production management software, and MS Office Suite

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
