Lichfields is a pro-development consultancy, working with all sectors of the development industry to formulate and implement development schemes. As a Planner or Senior Planner, you will be involved in a variety of projects, advising clients on the promotion of development schemes through Development Plans and planning applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping and assessing the case for development projects
  • Preparing planning applications and appeals; planning strategies
  • Providing advice and guidance on planning and land use to clients, including leading developers, housebuilders, energy companies, and local planning authorities
  • Working on Environmental Impact Assessments and other planning-related projects

Requirements
  • At least a 2:1 or equivalent at first degree
  • Master's degree in RTPI/RICS accredited subjects

  • Ability to manage your own time, workload, and problem-solve
