Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our Rothesay Responder Service team. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing effective and efficient support to individuals in their own homes, reducing the need for ambulance call-outs and hospital admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Rothesay Responder Service team to ensure a seamless and effective response to known risks and unplanned events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Rothesay Responder Service, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Essential driver with a valid UK driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the values and principles of Carr Gomm.
