Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct human factors analysis and design to ensure the usability and safety of defence systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate human factors into the design and development process.
  • Develop and implement human-centered design solutions to improve system performance and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of defence industry standards and guidelines for human factors.


Requirements
