Nurse Advisor Role Overview

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Advisor to join our team in Suffolk. As a Nurse Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting patients who require enteral feeding and their carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with patients and their carers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Managing a caseload of patients and providing training and clinical support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborating with local healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Providing invaluable support to aid Dietitians and other healthcare professionals in the local NHS.
  • Supporting patients who are receiving enteral feeds and helping to facilitate patient discharges.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a nurse.
  • Highly planned and organised approach to work.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
