Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service and building strong client relationships.
- Advisory Projects: Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, maintaining technical excellence while applying practical and commercial insights.
- Compliance Programs: Oversee UK tax and social security compliance programs, including tax returns, payroll, tax briefings, and social security compliance, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Global Mobility Programs: Coordinate global mobility programs for UK-based clients.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of a client portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for management within the process.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior staff, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities.
- Personal Development: Participate in personal and professional development conversations to ensure continuous growth and alignment with career aspirations.
