Job Title: Air Condition Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Air Condition Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the efficient delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards and Atlas Workplace Services competencies are delivered and demonstrated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a wide range of statutory and routine PPMs, as well as reactive maintenance activities, in line with specific contract SLAs.
  • Assist in the management and administration of the F-Gas Register on a large university estate.
  • Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to the Customer and Team.
  • Ensure safe delivery of all Atlas Workplace Services works, including those of our service partners.
  • Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
  • Liaise with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in given trade(s).
  • City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat 1).
  • Fully time-served apprenticeship in given trades.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Good understanding of modern office software and experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO/CAFM systems on Android tablets.
  • Strong, demonstrable competencies of dealing with all makes of A/C split units, as well as VRV/VRF systems.
  • 2 years previous experience within a similar environment, particularly across multi-sites and multi-discipline service delivery.
  • 1 year's experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment.
  • Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
