Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for producing budgets, forecasts, management accounts and interpreting results and reports. This role will provide financial advice to budget holders within the fundraising directorate and work closely with colleagues, heads, and the director of the fundraising directorate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing budgets, forecasts, and management accounts;
  • Interpreting results and reports;
  • Providing financial advice to budget holders;
  • Working closely with colleagues, heads, and the director of the fundraising directorate;
  • Attending fundraising departmental meetings;
  • Assisting the Head of Management Accounting in developing fundraising budgets and forecasts;
  • Implementing agreed operational plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualification;
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a charity;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
