Senior Business Support Officer (Hybrid) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Business Support Officer to join our team in Liverpool. This is a 6-month initial placement with a hybrid working pattern, requiring on-site working at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize training events, including booking rooms, tracking attendance, and issuing certificates.
  • Manage IT equipment, including issuing and recalling devices.
  • Coordinate student placements and Practice Educator activities.
  • Process grant applications and ASYE portal registrations.
  • Purchase orders for training commissioning, including supervision training and MOMO implementation.
Requirements:
  • Highly skilled in IT systems and confident in communication.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Understanding of social care and social work.
