About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme to the resident population in Sutton. This will involve working closely with children and families in a range of settings, including homes, schools, and community centers. You will also be required to work in partnership with other agencies to meet the complex needs of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme to the resident population in Sutton.
  • Facilitate early identification of health needs and interventions for children to maximize their potential.
  • Ensure all vulnerable children are identified and appropriate support and interventions provided in a timely way.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Registered Nurse/Midwife
