Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Experience Manager to join our team at JCT600 in Sheffield. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administration support to our Service team, ensuring seamless communication and data accuracy. You will be responsible for daily tasks such as service booking approvals, technical call arrangements, and parts availability reviews.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Approve daily service bookings with 100% accuracy.
  • Arrange technical calls for diagnostic bookings and initiate Brand & JCT600 Diagnostic documents.
  • Review parts availability for all bookings within the parts department.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers by phone or email.
  • Promote collaboration between Service and Sales departments to enhance customer experience and drive business opportunities.

Your Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience in a busy service environment.
  • A customer-centric approach, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Drive, energy, and motivation to succeed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
