Carrington West is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced urban designer to join our client's planning department in London.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled urban designer to provide specialist advice on urban design, architectural appraisals, and public realm. As a key member of the planning team, you will be responsible for negotiating and appraising major and strategic planning proposals, as well as managing the Design Review Panel.

In this role, you will support the development and review of design policies and supplementary planning guidance on residential design. You will also line manage junior design officers and contribute to shaping the borough's regeneration programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an urban designer to work on high-profile projects and make a significant impact on the borough's development.
