Senior Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Specialist to join our team at Sphere Solutions, working on large-scale nuclear projects.

The appointed candidate will have experience in the installation of M&E and fitout of RC frame buildings, as well as a thorough understanding of NEC contracts.

Audit subcontractor programmes

Develop the content and structure for a tender programme

Must have NEC contract-based planning experience, within the UK.

Will have familiar RC frame building knowledge, ideally within M&E

Minimum of 5 years planning experience, within construction, nuclear or similar

Previous construction experience, across a wide range of engineering projects, with a good understanding of commercial and contractual matters.

Hybrid working is an available option, but there will be the requirement to go to site every week.

Salary ranging from £60,000-£82,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Travel allowance if you live over 50 miles away from the site
