About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Lakeland Haven. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the full recruitment cycle, from advertising job vacancies to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Recruitment Activities: Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Talent Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  3. Local Recruitment Campaigns: Assist in organizing and managing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locally and regionally.
  4. Support New Starters: Help facilitate the onboarding process, including scheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  5. Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records, support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure all recruitment documentation is organized and up to date.

Working Hours and Pay Rates: Permanent contract, 40 hours per week over 5 days – up to £11.44 per hour depending on age. We aim to offer flexibility where we can with full or part-time hours.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail
  • A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see through to completion
