Early Years Teaching Assistant - SEN Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Reception class in a SEN setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be able to engage with pupils who have Autism and non-verbal needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Assist with assessments and evaluations of pupils
  • Engage in learning activities and promote positive behavior
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong EYFS curriculum knowledge
