Job Summary

Ricardo is seeking a Bid Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development function, you will be responsible for improving our bid process and supporting the preparation of high-volume, lower-value bids across our business growth solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining bid timelines, tasks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks from opportunity identification to delivery
  • Maintain and develop key bidding resources such as bidding templates and case studies
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence processes and stakeholders outside direct area of control
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style, able to build strong and effective working relationships
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including support for physical and mental health.
