Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team in the London, Reading, and Swindon areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supervisors and support staff to ensure effective project execution
  • Oversee subcontractors and contract labor to meet project requirements
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure contract compliance
  • Deliver toolbox talks and new company procedures to the workforce
  • Coordinate with clients to agree on delivery dates and manage program of works
  • Prepare weekly internal and monthly contract program updates for clients
  • Participate in client liaison meetings and business development activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E water projects
  • Proven ability to run and maintain multiple programs of work concurrently
  • Commercially astute with NEC proficiency
  • Microsoft Suite expert with programming skills
  • Strong safety background and previous experience working with Thames Water desirable
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
