Associate Director - Geotechnical Engineering

Our client, a leading specialist geotechnical and geo-environmental business, is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their Warrington office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting junior staff on geotechnical and related geo-environmental projects, including the production of high-quality interpretive reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage geotechnical site investigation works and projects
  • Mentor and train junior staff in geotechnical design and project management
  • Project director/lead for larger complex sites, providing technical and project management support to junior staff
  • Manage projects to meet commercial and technical requirements, working with technical and project leads to deliver appropriate solutions
Requirements:
  • Experience in geotechnical design, project management, and site investigation
  • Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical engineering and related disciplines
  • Ability to motivate and engage with colleagues and clients
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Full UK driving license
