As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that cater to the needs of our children. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our nursery provides a high-quality service that meets the needs of our children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the educational and social development of children aged 0-5.

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education.
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for child development and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
