Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Health Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Longmire Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with influential clinicians and other stakeholders, professional bodies and organisations, to support and promote the work of our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to raise our client's profile and extend their reach with health professionals and the general public.
- Project manage marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Line manage and develop a Health Information Officer, providing guidance and support to ensure successful performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, professional bodies, and organisations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of clinical/public health stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the UK health sector and the educational landscape for health professionals.
- Ability to line manage and develop a team member.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
