Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member at The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Room Preparation: Ensure the daily servicing of bedrooms, maintaining a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail in setting up rooms for incoming guests.
  • Chemical and Laundry Management: Utilize chemicals effectively under COSHH guidelines and manage laundry usage efficiently.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, ensuring the hotel meets high standards at all times.
  • Guest Support: Provide assistance with evening guest requests, including ironing boards, extra beds, and light bulb changes as needed.
  • Personal Presentation: Maintain a good presentation of yourself and your work area, ensuring guests receive the best possible experience.
