About the Role:- The successful candidate will foster career progression in care, psychology, or teaching
- Training will be provided in behavior management, communication strategies, and emergency aid
- Term-time only employment opportunity with regular holidays
- Possibility of permanent employment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
- Ensure equipment and facilities are safe for the children
- Prepare activities and maintain a tidy environment
- Develop a supportive relationship with each child
- Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and accurately
- A genuine desire to support children with special education needs
- Caring, compassionate, and resilient nature
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude
- DBS check required (supported by the school)
- No barring from working with children
- GCSE Maths and English grades A*-C (or equivalent)
