Senior Paid Search Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to drive our global paid search strategy, with a focus on delivering market-leading growth and innovative retail and product launches. As a key player in our hyper-growth environment, you will be responsible for designing market-specific strategies, implementing and optimising our global paid search accounts, and managing budgets and P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global paid search strategies, including campaign structure, ads, keywords, ad extensions, and tracking.
- Manage and optimise our global paid search accounts, including feed optimisation and budget management.
- Liaise with trade teams and external vendors to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Monitor and analyse paid search performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimisation initiatives.
- Lead campaign analysis, reporting, and communication of KPIs, working closely with the wider team to deliver actionable insights.
- Contribute to the development of automated reporting and processes to improve efficiency and account performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of working in paid search, preferably in a high-growth company or agency.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and SEMRush.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex channel-level observations into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders, including external vendors and key partners.
