Lifting Equipment Inspector

Speedy Hire Plc, a leading provider of lifting and equipment inspection services in the UK, is seeking an experienced Lifting Inspection Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position working 39 hours a week.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a salary, we also provide a range of benefits, including 26 days holiday, life assurance, pension scheme, canteen facilities, and opportunities for training and development.
- Experience working in the lifting equipment industry is essential.
- Entry level Engineering or Mechanics NVQ/City & Guilds qualification is desirable but not essential.
- You will be responsible for inspecting and testing heavy lifting equipment, ensuring it meets regulatory standards.
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also have the opportunity to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
