Academy HR Director

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as Academy HR Director. In this role, you will partner with the Site Manager of our Prudhoe site to develop and implement a people and organizational development strategy that aligns with our business goals.

• Drive the HR business partnering model to provide proactive strategic and operational support.
• Address industrial relations and organizational challenges effectively.
• Manage talent and succession planning to nurture internal talent.
• Ensure fairness, equity, inclusiveness, and diversity throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues to help build the employer brand proposition and attract top talent.

You are an experienced HR professional, qualified to CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, with a background in leadership and strategic development, ideally in a unionized manufacturing environment.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
